Low Fat Turkey Burgers

 Here is my recipe for low fat turkey burgers that are so filling yet so healthy!!

 First I have to say this can be cooked on a George foreman grill or In a skillet but I prefer firing up the grill.


Take two pounds of lean ground turkey  and add in:
 1 egg
1 cup of  Italian bread crumbs
1/4 cup of  parmesean  cheese
1 Tbs of  garlic powder
1.5tsp  of  onion powder

  Mix all of this together and shape burger patties:





Cook thoroughly  and  enjoy!!!!
